Begin with the measured stage

EPA’s leaching evaluation examines transfer from selected container walls into stored liquids. That is not the same experiment as tracking a container through collection, recycling, landfill or destruction. Each stage may require different observations and methods.

Do not invent a disposal history

A publication should not assume that every treated article followed the same route or reached a named location. The fate of a particular container depends on its use and management. Without records, a generic waste scene remains a metaphor, not an account of what happened to an Inhance-treated article.

A worthwhile evidence request

A fuller investigation could seek distribution, use and end-of-life information, then identify which questions can be tested. This article proposes that scope without claiming to have completed it. Keeping those limits clear makes it easier for readers and potential sources to supply relevant, checkable material.
